Love this practice for my child… the staff is friendly and professional, the office is cute and clean… the hygienists and dentists are above and beyond amazing with kids.

My daughter recently got braces and Dr. Bibona and staff have been AMAZING! My daughter is so relaxed when she goes for her adjustments and I could not recommend them enough!

Amazing hands down the best place to take your kids! I had never been to a dentist office that allowed you to sit with your child and watch everything they do! The assistants and the whole staff they were very caring towards me and my son.

They showed him a lot of things and talked with him through everything. Dr. Jasmine was very kind and very thorough on a lot of specific details on what was best for my son being this was his first time coming to a dentist. The way the doctor explained what they do for kids when it comes to major things with their teeth was WOW.

I never had that growing up and I hope other kids dentists do this. Everyone was so positive and it was a great atmosphere. They answer any questions you have. I had such a great first experience. RPDO is much better than the dental place I went too as a kid and that says a lot. I would definitely recommend this place!!!

Dr. Ray and her dental team have made my daughter feel completely comfortable at every appointment, whether it was a regular cleaning, an extraction or filling. They take their time to explain what they’re going to do, speak to the child, not just the parent, answer (and even encourage) all questions, and ensure there is no discomfort or pain.

We love this practice and Dr. Chris! My kids both started out with them having never been to the dentist as toddlers. They start the kids in a personal room, and make the first appointments short and easy. The kids always love the balloon animals after too! As the kids age and get comfortable, they slowly start doing longer and more detailed cleanings, but by this point, your kids are used to it and totally comfortable. They are fantastic. Recently, my son had to have two teeth pulled. The team was super quick – it did not hurt him and they were done before he knew what happened! Can’t recommend them enough!

I have a special needs child and they recognized that he needed breaks and gave him the opportunity to rest in between procedures. They understood that it was best at times to separate his appointments and accommodate his needs to do less to keep him comfortable.

We have experienced the best service at RPDO. Everyone is so nice, this is a great place for check-ups.

The first time we went there for our daughter’s check-up we felt like a royal family. Everyone, literally every person that works there is so polite, sweet, and most important they will give you the correct information, and make a schedule with a reasonable date. Thank you for your service!

My son has been going here every 6 months since he was two. The staff is absolutely wonderful!

My 7 yr old is diagnosed with autism and terrified of so many things- noises, sharp objects, and people touching him for example. The dental hygienist and Dr. Chris were amazing with him!! They discussed every step of the appointment and went slow with him. They listened to his crazy interjections of randomness with smiles and were so patient with both him and this nervous momma! Couldn’t give them higher recommendation!! Awesome practice!!

What an amazing experience for my daughter! This was her first visit to the dentist and she absolutely loved it. Everyone was very kind. They made sure to explain everything that was happening prior to beginning. They let my daughter touch the tools to show her they weren’t scary and made her feel very comfortable the entire time. Definitely will recommend to friends/family with children!

RPDO has always been amazing since we started taking my little one almost two years ago. They are always so friendly, patient and informative! I recently got my little ones appointments mixed up (her appointment was the following day) and they were able to take us on the wrong day and they were so kind about it. Can’t say enough good things! Great service.

This was our first experience with a pediatric dentist. My son was very nervous but everyone was so patient and kind to him. I am very pleased with our overall experience! The staff here clearly know what they are doing when it comes to working with children.

Dr. Eddleton and team were very professional and kind. My son is nervous about going to the dentist. Staff was patient and explained in detail before his cleaning and flossing. The service was excellent and we were finished in less than an hour. Thank you for a great experience.

Everyone was so friendly and made both me and my kids feel super at ease. They were wonderful with making it a good first visit and not pushing my 22 month old beyond his limits. Dr D was nice and flexible with the kids- could not have been a better visit!

I went to Richmond Pediatric Dentistry for the first time today. It was an enjoyable experience. Dr. Ray and her staff made my daughter feel comfortable and laugh while they did her exam and cleaning. Minus the x-rays, but I mean, who actually likes to do them. Even after my daughter cried during the x-ray they were patient and soothed her to the best of their abilities, and I’m grateful. They are quick and considerate of parents and making their lives easier. Gail was a breath of fresh air. She helped me tremendously with insurance coverage questions and gave me the tools to get my part done. Excellent place and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

What a great pediatric dentist office! Everyone was very nice! I forgot my insurance card on my daughters first visit but they were quick to research my info without having to reschedule the appt. The staff were great with my little, made her (and her mommy) comfortable with everything they were doing and explained it all so she understood. The balloon animals were an added plus! The dentist was so sweet and gentle and the experience was just perfect. My little is already looking forward to going back! It’s a win!

Dr. Cook is who we see for orthodontics and she is outstanding. Her attention to detail, kindness, and patience is amazing–you can tell she really cares about her patients. We’re so happy with the care our daughter is receiving and have great confidence in the entire team!

Everyone here was wonderful! My four year old loved the bright fun atmosphere and the friendly staff! She is a first time patient here after a disappointing experience at her previous dentist. I was also very impressed with the hygienists and dentist kind demeanor. They were very good with her and made me feel relaxed and welcome during her exam and x-rays. At no point did I feel that my presence was unwanted even with my many questions/comments! The treatment plan and procedures were easy to understand and explained well. I appreciated being informed about problems that may come up and what I could do to expedite the process. I will definitely be bringing all my children here from now on!

We’ve always had great experiences with Richmond Pediatric Dentistry and absolutely love Dr. Yi who is their newest provider at the Mechanicsville location. Highly recommend!

I cannot rave enough about this place! From the moment my daughter sat down she was taken care of like a princess, the technician was so thoughtful and showed her EVERY single tool she was using and explained what they were used for and it truly helped my daughter not have a full melt down. My kiddo asks so many questions and the tech was super friendly and answered every one. I don’t know if they have a secret touch, I have never seen my daughter so well behaved at a dentist office before. The staff TRULY gets kids and takes such great care of their patients. I’m never going anywhere for her dental checkups EXCEPT here. I was shown how to help my daughter floss properly without getting too much fuss from her, they’re so helpful and not in a condescending way. You can tell they truly want to help their little patients and they go above and beyond with their care. I’m not sure the technicians name, but if you see this thank you. You’ve truly made the dentist not a scary visit for my daughter, and we flossed so great tonight before bed!
