Dr. Rachel Thornton enjoys patient education, expanding access to dental care and helping children overcome their fears of the dentist. Dr. Rachel Thornton speaks basic Spanish and is dedicated to helping every child feel comfortable and cared for during their visit. She believes it is her unique responsibility to build long-lasting relationships with families while contributing to each child’s oral and overall health as well as their confidence.
Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, Dr. Rachel Thornton emigrated from Ireland with her family at the age of four and is the oldest of three siblings. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the beach, playing frisbee with her golden retriever, Louie, making music playlists, exploring new Trader Joe’s snacks, traveling and exploring interior design and fashion. She also holds a second-degree black belt in karate.
